We are excited to announce the launch of AI Assistant v.2 and other amazing updates across our platform!
Improved
AI Assistant v.2
AI Assistant v.2 introduces significant upgrades to streamline and optimize your trading activities:
-
Live Mode Availability: AI Assistant v.2 is now accessible in live mode across all exchanges supported on our platform.
-
Expanded Currency Support: We have broadened the range of supported currencies for the AI Assistant. You can now choose from a variety of quote currencies, including popular stablecoins (USDT, USDC), fiat currencies (EUR, USD, TRY), and major cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH. To use the AI Assistant, ensure that the selected currency is available in your available balance.
-
Dedicated AI Tab: To streamline your experience, AI bots are now organized in a separate tab labeled "AI" within the Botlist.
-
Updated Subscription Plans: The descriptions of our subscription plans have been updated to provide information about the AI Assistant’s features and benefits.
-
Portfolio Mode: We have introduced Portfolio Mode, which allows you to launch a group of AI bots as a unified portfolio. This new feature enables you to set a unified Take Profit for the entire portfolio and use Portfolio actions, simplifying the management of multiple bots:
Enhanced Bot Analytics
We have added new analytics capabilities for active bots. This enhancement provides deeper insights into the performance of your bots, allowing you to track their effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to your trading strategy:
Updated Plan Expiry Information
The FAQ section on the Manage Plans page has been updated to clarify the process and implications when a user’s paid subscription plan expires. This update aims to provide clearer guidance and help users understand what to expect as their subscription period ends.
Improved Dropdown Menu Functionality
We have optimized the performance of dropdown menu elements on our platform. This improvement enhances the overall user experience by making menu interactions smoother and more responsive.
Fixed
Continuing to make Bitsgap the most reliable and stable trading platform, we allocated our effort to eliminating some minor issues this week! Here is the complete list of the top fixes:
GRID Bot
- Fixed an issue with the description of closed bot statuses. Previously, when a bot was closed due to reaching Take Profit (TP), the displayed value was the price at which TP was triggered instead of the percentage value.
Mobile
- Fixed an issue where, after refreshing the page on the mobile version of the platform, users were redirected to the Botlist instead of remaining on the section they were in before the refresh.
