To manage your Bitsgap subscription, visit the **Manage Plans** page, where you can view and adjust the details of your current plan, such as subscription terms and payment methods.

### **Key Sections**

#### **Current Plan Information**

- 1. View your active plan (Trial, Basic, Advanced, Pro, Limited, Free).
  2. Check the expiration date and how much time remains on your current plan.
  3. Review the subscription activity, including the date of the next auto-renewal.

#### **Auto-Renewal**

You can **cancel auto-renewal** by clicking the \[Cancel auto-renewal of subscription] button. This will stop future payments but will not affect your active bots or orders. You can **upgrade** or **extend** your plan by selecting the appropriate option (\[Upgrade] or \[Extend]). This will take you to the "Upgrade plan" page. ### Step-by-Step Instructions

1\. Access the Plans Page

- Log in to your Bitsgap account.
- Click on your profile button and select **\[Extend]** or **\[Upgrade]** next to your current plan information.

2\. Choose a Subscription Plan

- On the pricing page, select the plan you wish to purchase.
- Click **\[Extend subscription]** or **\[Upgrade to...]**.

3\. Select the Payment Method

- Choose **Cryptocurrency** as your payment method.
- Click **\[Purchase now]** to proceed.

4\. Select Payment Currency

- Choose your preferred cryptocurrency and click **\[Continue]**.

5\. Enter Your Email Address

- Provide your email to confirm the payment and receive a receipt.
- Press **\[Continue]**.

6\. Select the Blockchain Network

- For cryptocurrencies with multiple blockchain networks, ensure the network used for the transaction matches the one selected.  
  ⚠️ *Mismatched networks will result in irretrievably lost funds.*

7\. Send the Payment

- Coingate will display the required payment amount and the receiving address.
- Copy the address or click **\[Copy]** and transfer the funds from your cryptocurrency wallet.  
  ⚠️ *Payments must be completed within 20 minutes to secure the rate.*
- Your subscription plan will update within 15–30 minutes of a successful payment.

### Common Payment Issues

1. **Payment Not Received Within 20 Minutes**
   
   - Cryptocurrency exchange wallets often have delays. Use an independent wallet for faster transactions.
2. **Incorrect Payment Amount**
   
   - Exchanges may deduct withdrawal fees, causing underpayment. Verify the “Receive Amount” matches the Coingate invoice.
3. **Network Mismatch**
   
   - Ensure the network selected matches the one used for the transaction.

### What If the Payment Fails?

If the payment window expires or the wrong amount is sent:

- - Coingate will label the payment as **"Expired."**
  - You will receive a refund link within 24 hours via email.
  - Request a refund, which Coingate will process within 48 hours.

How to Pay for a Bitsgap Subscription with Cryptocurrency

Auto-renewal allows you to automatically prolong your subscription without making any payments manually. It is enabled **automatically** after you purchase a plan. This is a very handy feature as you do not have to keep track of your subscription expiration date.

**Note**  
The auto-renewal feature is available only when paying with a credit/debit card or PayPal.

### **How to cancel recurring payments?**

However, there are some cases when auto-renewal is not needed. For instance, you would like to use the paid plan for one month without further renewal. Here are a few steps on how to cancel your recurring payments:

1\. Log into your Bitsgap account.

2\. Navigate the mouse cursor to your profile icon and go to the **Account Settings -** [**Manage Plans**](https://app.bitsgap.com/settings/plan) **page**. If you already have an active plan, you can also click "**Manage**" under the "**Plan**" section above.

3\. Cancel your auto-renewal by clicking the **\[Cancel auto-renewal of subscription]** button.

Now it is canceled! The paid plan **will remain active** until the expiration date, even after the auto-renewal feature is disabled. Cancellation of your recurring payments **will not affect your bots or orders; they** will remain active until the end of the paid period.

In our iOS mobile application, there are certain restrictions regarding the payment options for subscription plans. These limitations are based on the user's country of residence and have been implemented to comply with local regulations. Below are the specific restrictions for different countries.

### Indonesia and Vietnam

Users from Indonesia and Vietnam are unable to make payments for yearly subscription plans.  
Additionally, the PRO plan subscription cannot be purchased on a monthly basis in these countries.

### Colombia and Tanzania

Users from Colombia and Tanzania are unable to purchase Advanced and PRO subscription plans for a yearly period.

### Republic of Korea

Users from the Republic of Korea are unable to purchase PRO subscription plans for a yearly period.

To accommodate these limitations and provide transparency to our users, a notification will be displayed on the payment interface for iOS users in affected countries. This notification will indicate **"Not supported for your country"** when users attempt to subscribe to unavailable plans in their region.

If you are a European company, Bitsgap allows you to make VAT-exempt payments for any subscription plans via your corporate account. Here's how you can purchase a plan using your business account.

### Steps to Purchase Using Your Corporate Account

1. **Go to the [Manage Plans](https://app.bitsgap.com/settings/plan) Page**:

2. **Select Your Preferred Plan**:
   
   - Choose the subscription plan you wish to purchase and click the **\[Upgrade to…]** or **\[Extend Subscription]** button.
3. **Activate Corporate Account Option**:
   
   - On the checkout page, toggle the **"Corporate account"** option.

4. **Insert Your Company Details**:
   
   - Enter your company's official details, such as the company name, VAT number, and other relevant information. Ensure the details match those listed on the **VIES website**.
   - If your company is not listed on VIES, contact your local VAT authority for guidance on updating your information.
5. **Agree to Terms and Conditions**:
   
   - Review and accept the **Terms and Conditions** and **Privacy Policy**, then click **\[Continue]** to proceed.

6. **Synchronization with VIES**:

### Steps to Upgrade Your Plan

**1. Log in to Your Bitsgap Account**:

Start by logging into your Bitsgap account and navigating to the [**Manage Plans**](https://app.bitsgap.com/settings/manage-plans) page. If you already have an active plan, you can also click "**Manage**" under the "**Plan**" section above.

**2. Click on the \[Upgrade] Button**:

On the **Manage Plans** page, click the **\[Upgrade]** button to begin the upgrade process.

**3. Choose Your New Plan**:

Select the new plan you want to upgrade to, and click **\[Upgrade to…]**.

**4. Select a Payment Method**:

Choose your preferred payment method and press **\[Continue]**.

### What Happens After Upgrading

The system will display what will happen to your previous plan. For instance:

- - If you have 6 months of an **Advanced plan**, you will be credited with 3 months of a **Pro plan** (and may receive extra months based on the new plan's subscription).
