How to Pay for a Bitsgap Subscription with Cryptocurrency

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Plans Page

  • Log in to your Bitsgap account.
  • Click on your profile button and select [Extend] or [Upgrade] next to your current plan information.

2. Choose a Subscription Plan

  • On the pricing page, select the plan you wish to purchase.
  • Click [Extend subscription] or [Upgrade to...].

3. Select the Payment Method

  • Choose Cryptocurrency as your payment method.
  • Click [Purchase now] to proceed.

4. Select Payment Currency

  • Choose your preferred cryptocurrency and click [Continue].

5. Enter Your Email Address

  • Provide your email to confirm the payment and receive a receipt.
  • Press [Continue].

6. Select the Blockchain Network

  • For cryptocurrencies with multiple blockchain networks, ensure the network used for the transaction matches the one selected.
    ⚠️ Mismatched networks will result in irretrievably lost funds.

7. Send the Payment

  • Coingate will display the required payment amount and the receiving address.
  • Copy the address or click [Copy] and transfer the funds from your cryptocurrency wallet.
    ⚠️ Payments must be completed within 20 minutes to secure the rate.
  • Your subscription plan will update within 15–30 minutes of a successful payment.

Common Payment Issues

  1. Payment Not Received Within 20 Minutes
    • Cryptocurrency exchange wallets often have delays. Use an independent wallet for faster transactions.
  2. Incorrect Payment Amount
    • Exchanges may deduct withdrawal fees, causing underpayment. Verify the “Receive Amount” matches the Coingate invoice.
  3. Network Mismatch
    • Ensure the network selected matches the one used for the transaction.

What If the Payment Fails?

If the payment window expires or the wrong amount is sent:

    • Coingate will label the payment as "Expired."
    • You will receive a refund link within 24 hours via email.
    • Request a refund, which Coingate will process within 48 hours.
