How to Check and Manage Your Plan
To manage your Bitsgap subscription, visit the Manage Plans page, where you can view and adjust the details of your current plan, such as subscription terms and payment methods.
Key Sections
Current Plan Information
- View your active plan (Trial, Basic, Advanced, Pro, Limited, Free).
- Check the expiration date and how much time remains on your current plan.
- Review the subscription activity, including the date of the next auto-renewal.
Auto-Renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal by clicking the [Cancel auto-renewal of subscription] button. This will stop future payments but will not affect your active bots or orders. See more about auto-renewal in this article.
Billing Information
To update your payment card details, click the [Renew a card] button.
Plan Upgrade or Extension
You can upgrade or extend your plan by selecting the appropriate option ([Upgrade] or [Extend]). This will take you to the "Upgrade plan" page. Read more about it here.
Invoices
View and download your invoices by navigating to the Settings > Billing History page.
