## New

We have released two significant changes to our platform this week and are excited to share them with you. One of these changes is the revision of the **affiliate program**, where we changed terms and conditions for all new and existing Bitsgap partners. And the other is the ability to download **Bitsgap as an application** on any of your devices!

### Revisited Affiliate Program

The affiliate program's terms have been redesigned to make it safer and more equal for all partners working with Bitsgap to attract even more users to our rapidly growing community.

Below you can read the most significant changes that have come into force, which apply to all active partners of the Bitsgap platform.

**Affiliate Program Details**

*Whenever somebody visits Bitsgap with your affiliate code, we put a tracking cookie into the user browser, which allows us to tag a visitor under your affiliate profile. Even if the user returns in a few days, the cookie file will tell us they came thanks to you.*

*The cookie lifetime is 30 days, and it automatically renews whenever a person visits our website with your affiliate code. In the case of multiple affiliates referring to the same visitor, this visitor will be assigned to the affiliate whose link he clicked most recently.*

*Once the person you have invited makes a registration, it will be automatically assigned to your affiliate account forever.*

*Inside the platform, you will see the list of partly shown user emails with their sign-up date, user ID, and registration link. There are also three statuses: Free, Trial, and Converted (meaning the user paid for the services at least once).*

*You will earn a 30% commission from every new user registered by your link and become a paying customer.*

*All users invited via affiliate links will be automatically upgraded to the Bitsgap PRO plan with no trading volume limitations and extended functionality within the 7 days trial.*

*Please note that you may only use one Bitsgap account to participate in our affiliate program. If you have two or more accounts and use them all for your affiliate activity, this may be considered abuse and result in account blocking.*

**How to Get Paid**

*All affiliate program calculations are in EUR and paid out in USDT ERC-20 based on the exchange rate at the time of payment. The minimum payout is €25, and withdrawal can be requested at any time after your balance reaches this amount.*

*The processing time for payouts can take up to 21 days. We do our best to proceed with payments as quickly as possible, but please note that processing may take longer if this is your first withdrawal, as we sometimes need to verify your referrals first.*

*The commission for monthly purchases will be credited to your balance in full, while a reward for a 6- or 12-month subscription will be paid monthly in equal installments over the period corresponding to the subscription. That is, if your referral buys a 6-month plan, you will receive ⅙ of your commission each month for those 6 months.*

*Also, take into account that all your referrals’ refunds, chargebacks, and other returns will be deducted from your affiliate reward.*

### Bitsgap Progressive Web App

Our users have been asking us for a long time to release the Bitsgap application through which they could work faster and more efficiently without opening their browsers. We took this feedback seriously, and today we are happy to show you one of the first versions of our application, which you can already try out **right now**!

To download the application, log in to your account, open your profile menu in the top right corner of the screen, and then click **Add to Desktop**. After that, the Bitsgap application will automatically be installed and open. This application works for most browsers on desktops, smartphones, and tablets.

## Improved

This week the primary focus was on improving the DCA bot functionality, as well as adding some QoL changes:

- Improved editing of the SL level.
- The calculation of the step and amount multiplier is now more accurate.
- Increased the speed of obtaining data on the last price from exchanges.
- The graph is automatically refreshed after leaving sleeping mode on the user's device.
- Global improvements in UI/UX elements on all pages.

## Fixed

Continuing to make Bitsgap the most reliable and stable trading platform, we allocated our effort to eliminating some critical bugs this week! Here is the complete list of the top fixes:

### Trading graph

- Candlesticks on the chart now update correctly after switching timeframes.

### Smart Trades

- Fixed an issue when in a position with several TP levels, the execution of one of these levels was not registered.

### DCA Bot

- Fixed an issue of changing TP on the chart when interacting with it.

## Improved

- Improved mobile interface and experience. Fixed UI issues that were on particular screen resolutions; added missing visual components and information; the mobile version is now more responsive than ever!

Continuing to make Bitsgap the most reliable and stable trading platform, we allocated our effort to eliminating some critical bugs this week! Here is the complete list of the top fixes:

### Website

- Fixed the names of some trading pairs, and the issue of the different registers is resolved.
- The "Limit reached" message on the Free plan is changed to "Subscription required".

### All Bots

- The number of strategies in the Strategies tab now corresponds to the number of strategies in the list.
- Added new bot closing status - Cancelled. The canceled bot status indicates that the bot was closed due to an API error (expired keys, API error on the exchange side, delisted pair).

### Combo bot

- Fixed discrepancy in SL mode between the bot preview window and the selected settings. Previously, when choosing the Trailing option, the preview window indicated that the Fixed mode was selected.

### DCA bot

- The prices on the chart and in the bot creation settings now match.
- Added warn message when the step is too high or too low.

### Portfolio

- Fixed sort by Date, and now all transactions are filtered in chronological order, including the data from all pages. Previously, the date column only sorted visible transactions on the selected page.
- Now Total column shows the order size in the quote currency. Previously, it converted this value into a system-chosen currency.

- The maximum number of levels is now visible on most screen resolutions. Previously, there was an issue displaying the maximum number of allowed levels in the bot creation widget.
- Fixed incorrect display of High and Low prices on the mobile version.

### Website

- The expiration date of the Free plan has been removed.

### Affiliate

- Fixed an issue with unfitting referral links on the affiliate page.

## New

The work does not stop behind the curtain, and we are preparing many new changes for you! You can expect that in the future, you will see a new way of receiving notifications of your bot's trading activities and a new feature for the DCA bot.

## Improved

- Added more UI improvements for the mobile version of the website. These technical design changes make it possible to use Bitsgap with different screen resolutions and increase accessibility on all possible devices.
- Added new closing status if the DCA bot was closed manually. This will help you to identify which closed bots were canceled manually or by other conditions such as SL.
- Percentage precision for TP or SL for the DCA bot is reduced to 2 numbers after the comma. This is a quality-of-life update that makes the reading of numbers simple.
- Added an empty field in the notification menu to signify that there are currently no new notifications. Previously, we used a space that looked as if the platform was not loading new notifications.

- Fixed a bug where the SL level moved after being moved on the chart. Now the SL level is set at the price at which it was moved initially.
- Fixed a bug where the TP level moved after being moved on the chart. Now the TP level is set at the price at which it was moved initially.
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to apply new settings if only Step Multiplier was removed from the bot's settings.
- Fixed an issue where the bot creation launcher would freeze if the price of the first order was outside the price range.

### All Bots

- New settings are no longer reset if the bot statistics page is opened while modifying settings.
