Release Version 1.6.20 - Bitsgap App & Affiliate Program changes

We have released two significant changes to our platform this week and are excited to share them with you. One of these changes is the revision of the affiliate program, where we changed terms and conditions for all new and existing Bitsgap partners. And the other is the ability to download Bitsgap as an application on any of your devices!

The affiliate program's terms have been redesigned to make it safer and more equal for all partners working with Bitsgap to attract even more users to our rapidly growing community.

Below you can read the most significant changes that have come into force, which apply to all active partners of the Bitsgap platform.

Affiliate Program Details

Whenever somebody visits Bitsgap with your affiliate code, we put a tracking cookie into the user browser, which allows us to tag a visitor under your affiliate profile. Even if the user returns in a few days, the cookie file will tell us they came thanks to you.

The cookie lifetime is 30 days, and it automatically renews whenever a person visits our website with your affiliate code. In the case of multiple affiliates referring to the same visitor, this visitor will be assigned to the affiliate whose link he clicked most recently.

Once the person you have invited makes a registration, it will be automatically assigned to your affiliate account forever.

Inside the platform, you will see the list of partly shown user emails with their sign-up date, user ID, and registration link. There are also three statuses: Free, Trial, and Converted (meaning the user paid for the services at least once).

You will earn a 30% commission from every new user registered by your link and become a paying customer.

All users invited via affiliate links will be automatically upgraded to the Bitsgap PRO plan with no trading volume limitations and extended functionality within the 7 days trial.

Please note that you may only use one Bitsgap account to participate in our affiliate program. If you have two or more accounts and use them all for your affiliate activity, this may be considered abuse and result in account blocking.

How to Get Paid

All affiliate program calculations are in EUR and paid out in USDT ERC-20 based on the exchange rate at the time of payment. The minimum payout is €25, and withdrawal can be requested at any time after your balance reaches this amount.

The processing time for payouts can take up to 21 days. We do our best to proceed with payments as quickly as possible, but please note that processing may take longer if this is your first withdrawal, as we sometimes need to verify your referrals first.

The commission for monthly purchases will be credited to your balance in full, while a reward for a 6- or 12-month subscription will be paid monthly in equal installments over the period corresponding to the subscription. That is, if your referral buys a 6-month plan, you will receive ⅙ of your commission each month for those 6 months.

Also, take into account that all your referrals’ refunds, chargebacks, and other returns will be deducted from your affiliate reward.

Our users have been asking us for a long time to release the Bitsgap application through which they could work faster and more efficiently without opening their browsers. We took this feedback seriously, and today we are happy to show you one of the first versions of our application, which you can already try out right now!

To download the application, log in to your account, open your profile menu in the top right corner of the screen, and then click Add to Desktop. After that, the Bitsgap application will automatically be installed and open. This application works for most browsers on desktops, smartphones, and tablets.
