The promotion runs from 24.11.2024, 7:00 a.m. UTC, to 01.12.2024, 3:00 p.m. UTC. You can purchase an annual Bitsgap subscription of the Advanced and Pro plans (excluding monthly plans and annual Basic plan) with a 50% discount!

Answering common questions

• Why was my auto-renewal this year without a discount?

  Due to technical limitations, discounted auto-renewals for last year’s subscribers aren’t possible. We will consider your refund request according to the Refund Policy, and then you can repurchase the subscription with a discount.

• Can I purchase a discounted plan multiple times?

  No, each account is limited to one discounted plan during the promotion.

• Can I use the discount for multiple accounts?

  Yes, the discount can be applied to multiple accounts, but only once per account.

• What happens to my payment period if I buy a discounted plan?

  Your discounted 12-month plan will be added to your current plan. For example, if you have one month left on the Advanced plan and purchase a discounted annual Advanced plan, your subscription will extend to 13 months.

Auto-renewal 🔁

• When will auto-renewal happen?

  Auto-renewal will take place 12 months after the date of your new purchase.

• Will the auto-renewal include the discount?

  You'll be billed the same discounted price upon renewal unless you cancel the subscription or it's canceled automatically (e.g., due to insufficient funds on your card).

Refunds and plan modifications 💳

• Can I get a refund for my current plan and repurchase at a discount?

  Yes, you can request a refund, and we will consider it according to our Refund Policy. Please send us a request at support@bitsgap.com or leave a request via live chat. We'll do our best to process your requests within 1-2 business days.

Upgrades and Downgrades

• Can I upgrade my plan during the promotion?

  Yes, upgrades will be recalculated. For instance, if you have 3 months of the Basic plan and purchase a discounted annual Advanced plan, your Basic plan will be converted to approximately 1.5 months of Advanced, with 12 additional months added. It means you will have 13.5 months of the Advanced plan.

  Please note the auto-renewal will occur 12 months after the new purchase.

• Can I downgrade my plan during the promotion?

  Downgrades aren't permitted for 6- and 12-month plans, only for monthly plans.

  Example: If you have 5 months of the Advanced plan, you cannot switch to the Basic plan with a discount. You will have to wait until your current plan expires. However, you can request a downgrade if you have a month left of the Advanced plan.

How do I get started? Where do I activate this discount?

Here is a step-by-step instruction on how to access the Manage Plans page and complete your purchase.

1. Go to the Manage Plans page

You can access the Manage Plans page from the account menu in the top right corner of your screen. There, click the [Extend] button. This will lead you to the page where you can select a new Bitsgap plan.

2. Select the 12-months plan and choose the subscription plan

Select the 12-months offer as shown below and then choose the subscription plan. When ready, click the [Upgrade to Plan] or [Extend subscription] button.

3. Select the payment method

In the pop-up window, select the payment method and click the [Purchase now] button. You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you need to follow instructions to complete your payment.

That's it! Your Bitsgap plan will be automatically extended after payment. 🎉
