Does Bitsgap have access to my exchange wallet?

Bitsgap does not have an option to access your exchange wallet and make any changes there. Your funds will always stay in your exchange account.

And here is why: To use Bitsgap services you only need to enable permissions to trade and read balance, the withdrawal option should be disabled. If our system notice that the API key you are trying to add is allowing to withdraw funds, then we will automatically reject your API key and ask you to change your permissions.

This security measure also prevents any internal or external threats associated with API key management. More about the security in the following article.
