<p>Start by selecting an exchange where you will run your bots. The chosen exchange will be highlighted in blue.</p>

<p>Choose your portfolio strategy based on the&nbsp;<strong>investment term</strong>&nbsp;that suits your goals best:</p>

<strong>Short-term</strong>&nbsp;(Aggressive) - run your bots for 1-5 days and generate the maximum profit in a short time;</li>
<li>
<strong>Mid-term</strong>&nbsp;(Moderate) - let your bots operate for 2-4 weeks and get the most out of market volatility;</li>
<li>
<strong>Long-term</strong>&nbsp;(Conservative) - launch bots that can work for 2 months and grow your portfolio gradually.</li>
</ul>
<p>Here, you can also check the&nbsp;<strong>number of bots</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>trading pairs</strong>&nbsp;for each strategy. They are selected by the algorithm automatically and cannot be changed.</p>
<p class="notes"><strong>Attention<br></strong>The suggested investment term is only a <strong>recommendation</strong>. The system <strong>will not</strong> automatically close your bots once the term is over. Bots launched with the AI Assistant will operate until you <strong>close them manually,</strong>&nbsp;or they&nbsp;<strong>meet the Take Profit target</strong>. </p>

<p>Evaluate the potential efficiency of your trading strategy with the Backtest chart. Backtest allows you to assess the possible performance of your future bots based on&nbsp;<strong>historical data</strong>&nbsp;of the suggested trading pairs.</p>
<p>The results are&nbsp;<strong>for reference only</strong>, but they can help you draw some conclusions about optimizing settings for performance, for example, the investment term or amount.</p>

<p>This is the final step before launching the bots. Take a moment to review all the selected settings.</p>

<li>Exchange;</li>
<li>Investment;</li>
<li>Number of started bots;</li>
<li>Profit currency;</li>
<li>Trading pairs of your GRID Bots;</li>
<li>Take Profit for the&nbsp;<strong>Pro plan</strong>&nbsp;users: Enter the&nbsp;<strong>Total PNL %</strong>&nbsp;value at which each GRID Bot will be closed automatically.</li>
</ul>
<p>By default, bots started with our AI Assistant will have&nbsp;<strong>Trailing Up</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Pump Protection</strong>&nbsp;enabled. You can deactivate these features or enable others at any time.</p>

<p>Click on the&nbsp;<strong>[Start bots]</strong> button to create your bot portfolio.</p>
<h1 id="h_01J8EV75JHX53MJHFGXSE4Q2KT">Portfolio for AI bots</h1>
<p>The Portfolio mode allows you to combine selected active bots into a single portfolio. When Portfolio mode is activated, all AI bots work as a single unit with a common Take Profit level, individual actions, and special display statuses. However, it is impossible to edit each bot individually after activating the Portfolio feature.</p>
<h3 id="h_01J8EV75JHRQ3T5WWYCQVDXBGM">Activating the Portfolio mode</h3>
<ol>
<li>Choose exchange you want to use.</li>
<li>Select how long you want to keep your bot and click <strong>[Continue]</strong>.</li>
<li>From the “Active bots” panel, switch to the “AI” tab.</li>
<li>Scroll down and activate the Portfolio mode by switching the toggle. Once enabled, you can name your portfolio or leave the default name.</li>

<p>If the Portfolio mode is enabled, the total profit will be calculated, considering <strong>all AI bots</strong>. When activating the Take Profit feature, you can choose between “Portfolio Total PNL” or “Portfolio Bot Profit”:</p>

<strong>Portfolio Total PNL</strong> - combined total PNL of all your bots, including your bots’ profit + unrealized PNL;</li>
<li>
<strong>Portfolio Bot Profit -</strong> combined realized PNL of all of your bots.</li>
</ul>
<p>AI bots appear in the “<strong>Active Bots</strong>” tab. You can expand the drop-down list of your active bots by pressing the [+] button.</p>

<p>Portfolio performance for active portfolios includes the following elements:</p>
<ol>
<li>The name of your portfolio and general data: total investment in the entire portfolio, total Total PNL for all AI bots, and the list of trading pairs of launched bots;</li>
<li>
<strong>Portfolio profit</strong> shows the total bot profit for bots included in the portfolio;</li>
<li>
<strong>Positions PNL</strong> shows the change in the value of the base currency;</li>
<li>The <strong>[Add Take Profit]</strong> button is shown for portfolios that do not have TP activated;</li>
<li>

<li>Chart <strong>Sum. asset allocation</strong> - the ratio of currencies used in bots and your portfolio's profit.</li>

<li>Clicking the <strong>[Portfolio actions]</strong> button opens a menu with available actions:</li>

<strong>Modify Bots Portfolio TP</strong> allows you to change the Take Profit value and Take Profit type (Bot profit/total PNL) or disable TP.</li>

<strong>Rename Bots Portfolio</strong> allows you to rename your portfolio.</li>

<strong>Stop Bots Portfolio</strong> allows you to close the portfolio by selecting one of the options:</li>
<li>Sell base/quote currency to quote/base currency at market price;</li>
<li>Cancel all open orders and return base/quote currency to the balance.</li>

<p>After launching, bots will appear in the “<strong>Active bots</strong>” tab and have an AI icon:</p>

Introduction to Bitsgap AI Assistant

<p>Quick setup is a feature that allows you to select <strong>preset settings</strong> to speed up the process of launching your bot. Bitsgap offers several setup templates to choose from, so you can select a preset template and use it as it is or modify it if necessary.</p>

<p>The Quick Setup is a part of the bot creation form and has 3 options:</p>

<strong>Short-term</strong> strategy works best for bots with a working period of up to 3 days.</li>

<strong>Mid-term</strong> strategy is good to keep bots for 7-15 days.</li>
<li>
<strong>Long-term</strong> strategy is the best option for keeping bots active for 25+ days.</li>

<p>To make the bot statistics more versatile and bring your trading to the next level, we have released the following features:</p>
<h3 id="h_01HP47E689Y2TXRK47HFKAE8BT">Bot profit chart</h3>
<p>In the bot “Performance” window, you can find the <strong>bot profit graph</strong>. You can use it to understand how your bot generates realized bot profit on different timeframes. Along with the overall bot profit value, the chart includes the line and the percentage value of the <strong>average daily profit</strong> (Avg. daily), calculated over the entire period since you launched your bot.</p>

<p>You can see the bot profit results either with a <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="1">line</span> chart (shows how the bot profit gets accumulated) or a <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="3">bar </span>graph (shows the realized profit for the selected interval). To switch between the charts, click on the little graph icon in the top right corner:</p>

<p>To evaluate the bot results for different time intervals, the following timeframes are available in the chart:</p>

<strong>1d</strong> - hourly chart (24 bars);</li>
<li>
<strong>1w</strong> - daily chart for a 1-week period (7 bars);</li>
<li>
<strong>1m</strong> - daily chart for a 1-month period (31 bars);</li>
<li>
<strong>All</strong> - bars by months; if the bot has operated for less than a month, the chart is displayed as for 1 month.</li>
</ul>
<h3 id="h_01HP47FQZNT34S64WVJ4F80YYS">Asset allocation diagram</h3>
<p>In the “Performance” window, you can also find the “<strong>Asset allocation</strong>” diagram. It shows the amount of bot traded funds and accumulated bot profit:</p>

<strong>Profit</strong> - the total amount of realized profit earned by the bot;</li>
<li>
<strong>Position</strong> - the current position volume, i.e., position size in the base currency;</li>
<li>
<strong>Position %</strong> - the unrealized profit or loss percentage;</li>

<strong>Orders</strong> - the amount of quote currency in the open orders;</li>
<li>
<strong>Asset value</strong> (inside the diagram) - current total value of bot assets, including the bot profit (Profit + Position + Orders).</li>

<p>You have been waiting for an opportunity to add funds to a running bot, so we are thrilled to introduce the “Add funds” feature.</p>
<p>With the “<strong>Add funds</strong>” option, you can add more funds to an active bot and increase its investment without adding more grid levels or restarting the bot.</p>
<p>You can adjust your bot investment either by clicking on the plus icon next to the <strong>Current value </strong>column:</p>

<p>We have rearranged the bot overview so that you can get a clear understanding of your active and closed bot statistics at a glance.</p>

<p>We have changed the design of the bot overview to make it more informative and minimalistic. Before, the bot tabs used to look like this:</p>

<p>Before, you could check only your trading pair and bot type:</p>

<li>

<p>Previously, you only had the option to see the current value of your bot funds - how much the bot traded funds cost at the market price.</p>

<p>With the interface changes, in the “<strong>Current value</strong>” column, you can:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<strong>add funds</strong> to your <strong>GRID</strong> or <strong>BTD</strong> Bots with the plus button;</li>
<li>
<strong>adjust</strong> the <strong>Isolated margin</strong> amount for <strong>COMBO</strong> and <strong>DCA Futures</strong> Bots with the plus button.</li>
</ul>
<p>For futures bots, there is also the “<strong>Margin ratio</strong>” indicator, showing the ratio of maintenance margin funds to all funds. The bot position will be liquidated if the “Margin ratio” value reaches 100%.</p>

<p>We used to display the bot results, focusing more on the realized bot profit but also giving you more general data about your bot performance with Total PNL.</p>

<p>In the new bot view, we have rearranged the performance columns. You first see the <strong>Total PNL</strong> metric, showing the overall results of your bot considering both the accumulated bot profit and market fluctuations. If the Total PNL value is positive, it will appear as green. If the result is negative, it will be highlighted in red. This way, you can track your bot results at a glance.</p>
<p>Further on, you can check the <strong>Bot profit</strong> and <strong>Average daily</strong> profit results and see how long your bot has been operating.</p>

<p>In the updated “Performance” window, you can see more complex data regarding your bot results. The widget now shows your bot's <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="1">initial investment</span>, <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="3">Total PNL</span>, <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="5">Bot profit</span>, and <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="7">Position PNL</span>. </p>

With the “Asset allocation” diagram, you can see the amount of <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="3">base </span>and<span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="5"> quote currencies </span>in the open orders, the <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="7">generated profit</span> and the <span class="notion-enable-hover" style="font-weight: 600;" data-token-index="9">overall value</span> of your traded funds.</p>
