Managing Bot Orders. Why do I see grey lines?

The Bot Orders tab displays your active trades and lets you restore orders that were canceled or are missing, known as grey grids.

Why Are There Grey Lines?

Grey levels represent missing orders. Possible reasons include:

  • Exchange technical issues
  • Insufficient funds in the account
  • Funds moved or withdrawn
  • Manual cancellation of orders within the grid

Restoring Missing Orders:

To restore any missing orders, follow these steps:

  1. Access Bot Orders:
    • Click on your bot.
    • Open the "Bot actions" tab on the right side and select [View details][Bot Orders].

  1. Switch to the Bot Orders Tab:
    • This will show the list of all orders associated with the bot.
  2. Fix Missing Orders:
    • If there are missing orders, you’ll see a [Fix all orders] button.
    • Click this button, and the system will restore all the missing orders.
