This week we are excited to release a massive update in which we have added a new service for GRID bots and a unique View modal window for all bots where we have implemented a new approach to analyze your bots' performance.
Return of Trailing Down
Unfortunately, the market is constantly changing, and some functionality stops being relevant and can't meet industry requirements. Our team temporarily suspend support for this feature to revisit it, so it can meet the current trading criteria and implement the new approach in calculating the profit or loss.
Today, we are pleased to announce that we have finished our challenging task and present a new version of the Trailing Down feature!

New interface, new numbers, new performance
The new bot view modal has received a few changes. In the past, we showed a lot of data that could be deceiving about the bot's performance. We conducted detailed diagnostics and research of all our data and decided to optimize it by focusing your attention on the most vital indicators.
In short, we would like our users to see how the value of their funds changes over time, similar to the "before and after" approach, without displaying additional variables that can either overload the interface or be misinterpreted.
In the new View modal window, we put a lot of focus on the Bot profit, as it reflects the actual performance of your bot. In addition, we also consider how your funds' value changes in relation to the current market price and what change in your trading balance you can expect if you decide to stop the bot and sell the base currency.
As another small but significant addition, with the new calculation system, we are able to understand the exact value of the trading commission you pay when executing any order, both in the quote and base currency.

Improved
We revised the modal window of Sharing Bots feature. Now, if you don't have any running bot, the sharing is automatically turned off, and the option to create a new bot will appear.
Several new notifications for the statuses of the API keys have been added. Starting now, you will be able to receive more detailed information about any issues with API keys and recommendations for their resolution.
Fixed
Continuing to make Bitsgap the most reliable and stable trading platform, we allocated our effort to eliminating some critical bugs this week! Here is the complete list of the top fixes:
DCA Bot
- Fixed an issue where the Stop-Loss mode in the bot creation menu automatically switched from Fixed to DCA.
- Fixed an issue where popup tooltips didn't disappear when the focus was removed.
