<p>There might be a situation when you are not able to extend or upgrade your subscription on time. There is nothing to worry about! We made sure you will not lose your active bots and automation by introducing a Limited plan where you can decide on renewing the subscription.</p>

<p>The Limited plan gets activated after the current subscription expires; this plan lasts <strong>2 days,</strong> during which all bots and orders stay active. However, new bots cannot be started on a Limited plan.</p>

<p class="notes"><strong>Attention<br></strong>If the payment is not made during the 2 days of the Limited plan, then our system changes your account to a Free plan. Thus, all bots and orders get canceled automatically.</p>

My account was changed to a Limited plan

<p>At the end of the paid subscription period, your Bitsgap account will be automatically transferred to the Limited plan for <strong>2 days</strong>. During this period, you can <strong>renew your subscription</strong>, upgrade, or downgrade your plan.</p>

<li>Closing a bot;</li>
<li>Cancelling an order (Limit, Scaled, Stop etc.);</li>
<li>Changing or removing API keys;</li>
<li>Changing or deleting user settings (2FA, passwords, etc.);</li>
<li>Using the Demo mode;</li>
<li>Paying for the current plan or switching to a new one.</li>
</ol>

<h4 id="h_01HBBD9RRGKRBKBSWS36AWH2RZ">While on the Limited plan, the following operations are not possible:</h4>

<li>Creation of new orders on the live account (Limit, Market, Stop Limit);</li>
<li>Launch of new bots on the live account;</li>
<li>Creation of new automation (Scaled, Stop Limit, TWAP, etc.).</li>
</ol>

<h4 id="h_01HBBD9X6XV9BNTYNAX01VHM07">After 2 days of the Limited plan, in case of non-renewal of the new subscription period, the system will perform the following actions:</h4>

<li>All orders created through the Bitsgap interface will be cancelled;</li>
<li>All bots and automation will be cancelled;</li>
<li>Your account will be transferred to the Free plan with access only to the Demo mode.</li>
