### iPhone/iPad

1. **Log in** to your [Bitsgap account](https://app.bitsgap.com/) using **Safari** (this web app is only available on Safari for iPhone/iPad).
2. Tap the **\[Share]** icon in the navigation bar.
3. Select **\[Add to Home screen]** from the options.
4. Confirm by adding **Bitsgap to your Home screen**. The app will now be available with one tap for easy access.

### Android

1. **Log in** to your [Bitsgap account](https://app.bitsgap.com/) using any browser.
2. Tap the **three dots icon** in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select **\[Add to Home screen]** or **\[Install App]**.
4. Confirm by adding **Bitsgap to your Home screen**. The new app icon will appear on your smartphone, granting one-tap access to your Bitsgap account.

If you want to delete your account and all associated data, please contact our Customer Support team via [support@bitsgap.com](mailto:support@bitsgap.com) email or live chat.

Please, be aware that once your account is deleted, it won't be possible to restore any removed information and data. This also includes any billing information and applied for promotions.

When the request for account deletion is received, it will be processed within 30 days, accordingly to the general GDPR policy.
