How to Purchase a Plan as a Corporate Customer

If you are a European company, Bitsgap allows you to make VAT-exempt payments for any subscription plans via your corporate account. Here's how you can purchase a plan using your business account.

Steps to Purchase Using Your Corporate Account

1. Go to the Manage Plans Page:

• •  If you already have an active plan, you can also click "Manage" under the "Plan" section above.

2. Select Your Preferred Plan:
   • Choose the subscription plan you wish to purchase and click the [Upgrade to…] or [Extend Subscription] button.
3. Activate Corporate Account Option:
   • On the checkout page, toggle the "Corporate account" option.

4. Insert Your Company Details:
   • Enter your company's official details, such as the company name, VAT number, and other relevant information. Ensure the details match those listed on the VIES website.
   • If your company is not listed on VIES, contact your local VAT authority for guidance on updating your information.
5. Agree to Terms and Conditions:
   • Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click [Continue] to proceed.

6. Synchronization with VIES:
   • Our system will synchronize and confirm your company data with the VIES website. If everything is correct, you’ll be redirected to the payment page to complete the transaction.
